This Privacy Policy explains the order, checkout, delivery, and support information used to operate the focused Cygvd dining-tablecloth store.
A sizing question normally requires the product SKU and tabletop measurements, not photographs of a meal, family gathering, dining-room occupants, or household schedule. Support images should show the clean textile, edge, motif, measuring tape, or parcel while excluding faces, mail, receipts, screens, photographs, address labels, and other private objects on or around the table. Customers do not need to disclose who uses the table, what food is served, or when an event will occur. For a length, width, or diameter review, a written measurement is usually enough; if a visual reference is requested, the tape can be shown against one neutral edge without capturing the wider room. A motif or color concern should be photographed in ordinary neutral light without identifying art, windows, reflections, or family possessions in the background. We will not ask a customer to recreate a spill, display stained dining items, identify guests, or expose an event invitation. Images are used to connect the reported textile detail with the order and are not treated as permission to analyse a customer's home or social activity.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Order Information can include name, email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information and payment status, ordered tablecloth SKU, order value, delivery record, and support correspondence. Device Information can include browser type, device type, IP address, time zone, cookies, viewed pages, interactions, and security signals used to operate and protect the storefront.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

Cookies, International Processing, and Retention

They cannot inspect a tabletop, identify diners, or determine how a cloth is used in a home. Viewing a rectangular, round, or oval product can form part of ordinary interaction data, while an optional textile photograph belongs to its related support record. Product-page analytics may help us see that visitors need clearer dimensions, fibre details, edge terminology, or care wording, but those aggregate signals do not reveal what food was served or which room contains the table. Browser controls may limit cookies and comparable storage, although disabling them can affect saved-cart, session, and checkout functions. We retain order and support records only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, return inspection, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, and consistent customer service. Retention does not mean that every optional photograph must be kept for the same period as financial records; deletion, restriction, or de-identification may be applied according to the record's purpose, provider capability, and applicable law.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate.
