This Payment Policy explains checkout for the one-time physical dining tablecloths sold by Cygvd. Our default checkout payment provider is Shopify Payments.
The displayed product price covers one complete cloth in the shape, finished size, fabric, color, pattern state, and edge construction named on that page. Dining tables, plates, glassware, flowers, candles, food, and other photographic props are not part of the purchase. Buying a cloth creates a one-time physical-goods transaction, not a linen rental, event-styling service, laundry plan, stain-treatment subscription, or recurring membership. Currency, quantity, shipping, tax, and final total are visible before authorization.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments-supported cards and digital wallets that are currently enabled are displayed at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. Only cards or eligible digital wallets currently displayed by Shopify Payments are accepted. Customer support will not request mailed cash, a full card number, security code, online-banking password, or one-time authentication code. One cart quantity means one complete listed tablecloth; adding another quantity creates another cloth rather than increasing its dimensions or changing its shape.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Transactions are submitted through Shopify Payments using encrypted checkout connections. Sensitive payment credentials remain within Shopify's protected payment environment.
This means checkout data is safeguarded using industry-standard encrypted transmission before payment details are handled by Shopify Payments.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance for its payment environment. Our store receives the transaction status and order information needed to process the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by Shopify Payments and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Authorization applies to the complete checkout total, not as separate charges for fabric, hem, binding, corners, or motif. Fulfillment begins after Shopify Payments reports a successful authorization. A temporary pending bank or wallet entry is not proof that the cloth has shipped and is not automatically a duplicate purchase. The successful order confirmation controls the SKU and quantity prepared for dispatch.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
An order may be held when issuer response, billing details, address information, device signals, or order velocity suggests unauthorized activity. Review concerns payment security and does not require dining plans or household information. If limited verification cannot resolve the issue, the order may be canceled and any captured amount returned through the original payment route.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank, card issuer, or wallet processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
